This policy describes how the Hardware Support Hub for Jira app ("the app") handles data. The app is built entirely on Atlassian Forge and runs within Atlassian's cloud infrastructure.
All data the app stores - unit serial numbers, model names, symptom records, and your configured symptom taxonomy - is stored using Forge's built-in storage and resides within Atlassian's cloud, in the same data residency location as your Atlassian site. The app makes no calls outside Atlassian's infrastructure, and your data never leaves your Atlassian site.
The app stores the Atlassian Account ID (not name or email) of the user who reported and who resolved each symptom, so your team can see that history within the app.
If a user or site administrator asks to access or delete the personal data described above, contact us at the address below and we will honor the request.
